vBulletin Skin License & Terms
1. Terms
By purchasing a skin from vBSkins, you are agreeing to be bound by these vBulletin Skin License & Terms, all applicable laws and regulations, and agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from purchasing or using our skins. The materials contained in our skins are protected by applicable copyright and trade mark law.
You must have a valid Jelsoft vBulletin license in order to purchase our vBulletin skins.
2. Use License

Upon the purchase of a vBSeed vBulletin Skin (heretoforth referred to as Skin), permission is granted to download a copy of the Skins materials on vBSeed's server for personal, non-commercial, or commercial viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:
- remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials; or
- transfer the materials to another person or "mirror" the materials on any other server besides your local server and the server on which the site will be displayed; or
- remove the vBSeed logo from the materials unless you have selected and purchased the "No Branding" version of the Skin.
- This license shall automatically terminate if you violate any of these restrictions and may be terminated by vBSeed at any time. Upon termination of this license, you must destroy any downloaded materials both on your server and in your possession whether in electronic or printed format.
3. Disclaimer
- The materials in vBSeed's Skins are provided "as is". vBSeed makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties, including without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights. Further, vBSeed does not warrant or make any representations concerning the accuracy, likely results, or reliability of the use of the materials included with its skins or otherwise relating to such materials.
- vBSeed ensures that the index page of the skin is valid XHTML Transitional, and strives to achieve validity in most all other pages, but cannot guarantee that they are. You may contact us for further information on specific skins.
4. Limitations
In no event shall vBSeed or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption,) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials in vBSeed's Skins, even if vBSeed or a vBSeed authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage. Because some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties, or limitations of liability for consequential or incidental damages, these limitations may not apply to you.
5. Revisions and Errata
The materials appearing in vBSeed's Skins could include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. vBSeed does not warrant that any of the materials provided are accurate, complete, or current. vBSeed may make changes to the materials contained in its Skins at any time without notice. vBSeed does not, however, make any commitment to update the materials.
6. Skin Terms of Use Modifications
vBSeed may revise these terms of use for its Skins at any time without notice. By purchasing a Skin you are agreeing to be bound by the then current version of these Terms and Conditions of Use.
7. Governing Law
Any claim relating to vBSeed's Skins shall be governed by the laws of the State of Arizona without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
