Spam Cleanup

We've upgraded the forums to 3.8.1 and implemented various new spam prevention measures.

I apologize for the amount of spam previously, I've spent some time the last couple days deleting and banning all spam posts and accounts, and hopefully our new settings will prevent this from happening again.
